CRYSTAL AUDI, BA

Crystal Audi is a Senior Wellness Assistant for the Office of Professional Worklife.

Crystal’s current research focuses on healthcare provider wellness, which includes work on provider burnout, physician mentoring, and gender, and racial disparities.  Her role as a Senior Wellness Assistant also involves assisting in wellness programming, serving as a wellness resource to providers, and supporting the Provider Wellness Committee.

Crystal’s past research has been in LGBTQ minority stress, experiences of sexism and feminist identity development in college women, and the intersection of identity groups such as gender, race, and sexual orientation in marginalized populations.

Crystal received her BA in Psychology and Gender & Sexuality Studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
